Payment
Do I have to pay via the Internet?
No. For many people this will be the easiest way to pay, but we are happy to accept a cheque (together with a completed order form) by post. Please phone or email us if you need any help.
Are payments over the Internet secure?
We have chosen to use the PayPal system for your security and convenience. PayPal is a leader in online payment systems, providing a secure service for both buyers and sellers. You do not need to have previously set up a PayPal account to use this service
Delivery
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. Each hamper basket and pot has a delivery charge. The charge is shown on the PayPal screen. If you are paying by cheque, you will need to complete an order form - please phone or email us to find out the delivery charge so that you can include this on the form
How soon will I receive my hamper?
We will deliver your hamper as soon as possible after receiving your order and payment. If you are ordering over the Internet you can use the instructions box on the PayPal screen to inform us of any delivery requirements, however if you need the hamper urgently please phone and let us know.

Are the Lake District hampers made in Cumbria?
Yes. We are a Kendal-based company on the edge of the Lake District National Park. We take great care to source local produce from the Lakeland and wider Cumbria area. The Cumbria food we use is carefully selected to ensure that only the finest Cumbria ingredients are used in our hamper baskets and pots.
Are the hamper baskets and pots suitable for sending as gifts?
Yes. Each basket and pot is finished in a gift-wrapped presentation. We take great care not only in selecting the best Cumbrian produce, but also to present your hamper so that it makes a perfect gift for special occasions. The baskets are delivered with your choice of free hand-made gift card complete with your personal message.
Do hampers include a personal message?
The hamper baskets are delivered with your choice of free gift card which contains your personal message.
